Welcome to the board! I was in Amsterdam for the first time last year. It was a highlight of my trip, beautiful city and lots of fun. My girl wants to move there for school now

Is the seat stuck in the recline position? Or is it stuck forward, refusing to lock into place?

Hi there! actually the seat is blocked in the normal sitting position, it makes an angle of 90 degrees so i`m sitting like i have a Nimbus 2000 up my ... . It reclines perfectly forward and the easy entry works but it returns always in the same position and the lever doesn`t go up, it`s blocked and the seat doesn`t recline backwords so i`m driving this Mini like i`m an old lady who can`t see good .
In the treads about the body slam method everybody says that they pull the lever up and then body slam the seat but the lever doesn`t go up what now????

Yeah Amsterdam is a fun city indeed, like the big apple probably always crowded and lot`s of things to do. She want`s to go to the university here?

Welcome to NAM. Ahh Amsterdam, I'm told I had a really good time there during the 70's. Great place. You will find lots of help and info here on NAM. Enjoy your Mini.
