Italian to British
Hey everyone
So after 18 months and 22 trips to the dealer I've decided to move on from my Maserati GranTurismo.
I pick up a 2011 Range Rover Sport for weekends and going out at night and a Mini Cooper S to drive to College everyday. With the idea it might be easier to park in NYC.
I was pleasantly surprise by how fun this little thing is even in traffic!
Just wanna say hi to everybody, I will be here a lot if this is as reliable as my last car ;P
here are some pics!
Ciao.

Well depends on how you define it-semantics really. Only part of car built in England. Some built in France, engines and transmissions from Germany Brazil Japan. Profits go to Germany so in my opinion car is English in heritage but German in reality.

MINIs (except the Countryman) are built in Britain, the Oxford plant fabricates all the metal panels and puts together what you'd recognise as a car, all British. There are components sourced abroad of course, when we were visiting the wiring all came from Romania. The engines may have components from other countries but they're built at the Hams Hall plant, again in Britain.

let's not get carried away and dominate moreaux thread though - this is a welcome aboard, regardless of where one thinks or hopes his/her MINI is from.
