Vette to MINI

Greetings to all.
I just sold my 2000 red Corvette convertible last Monday. On Friday I picked up my 2007 red/white top, 6 speed manual, MINI S. This car is a 10 on the fun factor scale. I've owned Corvettes, Mustangs and built a street rod. I look forward to my ownership of this great car and know I'll find this forum a great help in my ownership experience. Ron

I have a 2009 Corvette Convertible, and since I got my 2011 MCS last November, have only driven the Vette about 300 miles. The Mini is just more fun, not as fast as the Vette, but it "feels" faster. On the street it's how the car rewards your inputs. If it is fun at 60 mph rather than 120, all the better. The Vette is now For Sale.

I love pointing the Vettes by on the straightaways at the track and then catching up to them in the corners. Welcome aboard and happy motoring!

Welcome! Still have our Vette, but the MINI has the most miles on it!

I had a '01 Vette, sold it in '04 and bought an '05 MCS. Loved it--but missed rear wheel drive and 0-60 pick up. Bought a '09 135 BMW. Loved the pick up but missed my MINI. Per my signature, received my '11 JCW back in June. Love my JCW.
