Hi everyone, unfortunately I do not have a Mini as of yet, but am planning on getting one in the near future. I found an 08 MCS, 6MT in Lightning Blue with 28k on the odo that is fully loaded: Sport, Premium, CW, and Convenience Package for $20k.

Before I go test drive the car, does the price sound reasonable? KBB reports retail value of $23.2k. Should I expect to be able to bargain down to 18k as a reasonable compromise?
