Mignon is: at 9* 32' W79* 50' getting close to the Canal. should be to Manzanillo on schedule tomorrow.
This waiting thing seems awful long. Consider I am ordering a car just for me and it gets built and shipped halfway round the world in about 9 weeks!
But I still hate waiting....
After stopping for some fishing this morning almost through the lake to the second leg of the Canal. (The crew promises that the frozen fish in the trunk will still be good when we get our cars... :-) )
The Mignon is through the Miraflores Locks and on the way into the Pacific. Took about 10 hours lock ot lock. I suppose I shall lose sight of the ship tonight then not see it for about a week again unless they turn the weather reporting on again in open sea.
No reports. I can start looking about the 13th I think. Probably be able to hear it off the coast on the 14th. (I think I might need the support group.) It is nice to see the cars that came over on the Torrens infront of us being delivered.
