Greetings from WA
Been lurking around this site for a bit but never got around to posting; so here it goes.
I purchased a 2011 mini cooper s this past summer from NW Mini in Tacoma, great guys there by the way. Got a black with white roof and racing stripes and upgraded wheels. Its a 6 speed with sunroof. I bought it off the lot, since like many of us, I just couldn't imagine waiting to take one home. Glad I did it,it has been a great car. I traded in an Audi A6 for it, and was really concerned that I might tire of the Mini quickly and regret trading in the Audi. But I can safely say after 7 months, it was one of my better trades. I look forward to driving every day.
Well thanks for reading my intro and I hope to post more often.

Welcome! You are right, NW MINI is a real good dealer, they offer much support to the local MINI clubs.

So true, it is crazy out there today. I had the mini out yesterday in this stuff and it did great, actually a lot of fun to drive even in the snow. I purschased a set of Conti DWS tires right after I got my mini and I am sure glad I did. They seem to handle the snow and rain great plus it has made the car much more quite.
