Newbie - Installing lightweight flywheel, performance clutch and...

Had my 03' Cooper S for a little over a year and I've done cold air intake, 15% reduction pulley and cat-back exhaust myself. My lovely wife gave me the flywheel and clutch from MiniMadness for Christmas and I'm trying to decide if I want to tackle install. I have the shop space, tools and (most dangerously) what I consider above-average mechanical skill.

Looking for any advice and if I decide to proceed, where to locate specialized tools. Also, leaning toward installing limited slip differential at same time. Thoughts, anyone?
