hiya! mini enroute, can't wait!

Hello everyone - Michael in Seattle, here. I'm awaiting delivery of our 2012 Countryman All4 (Oxford Green with black roof, 1.8T, manual) which is due in 1-2 weeks!

We have a 2008 VW GTI which I dearly love but wanted an AWD that lets me get up into the mountains nearby for skiing and snowshoeing when it is nasty outside. My VW doesn't cut it for this, but I'm assuming an All4 Countryman with good snow tires will!

Would love to hear about and see your Countryman stories and snaps, excited to learn more and take it for a drive... and esp. to play in the snow .

cheers - Michael

Uh, that's a 1.6 turbo, not 1.8.
