New to Minis
What did you do to your Mini today? I bought it.
I took my Mercedes in for service and spotted a Mini sitting up on their display rack. Since I have been looking for a run-a-round car I took it for a test drive.
What a blast to drive! I ended up with it. It is a 2004 MCS JCW with 37,000 miles. I picked it up for well under $15,000, I think I did ok!? It is chilli red with a black roof and black stripes. From what I can tell it is fully loaded for a 2004. 6 speed manual, H/K CD stereo, dual sun roof, parking sensors, black and tan leather, and I am still finding options.
It does have the door actuator problem but Mercedes said they would pay to have it fixed. It is going in tommorow to North Scottsdale Mini to be repaired.

Mini called and advised me the door actuator solved the problem of the passenger door not unlocking. They found two broken motor mounts and fixed them also. I was impressed with the service I received, they even provided me with a Countryman S as a loaner for no charge. WOW. I am happy to be a Mini owner!
