Hey everyone,

I wanted to just get your guys' opinions on what you thought of the ASK-MINI representatives. Since I've been tracking my car, I've called maybe a half a dozen times, and only once did I get someone who sounded like they enjoyed helping me. The other times, when I'd ask the status of my car, they'd give me a quick two word answer and then be silent... I don't know, I guess I'm just trying to see if anyone else has had the same thing happen to them. Maybe it's just me??

 

I called 3 times during February; each time I got a friendly person who went beyond just a quick answer.

 

Each time I've called, the rep has been extremely helpful and friendly. Had a better experience with them than with my MA, in fact.

 

I called this morning and got a delightful woman on the phone... it made all the previous calls worth it!
