New 2002 Mini R50 owner with car issues

Hi Guys ,
Bought a 2002 Mini base model r50 silver with a black top ,
I have seached the forums for a solution and have found none ,I have found similar issues but not the same my mini will run fine and after about ten minutes i get the check engine light on and the car will start to misfire it always happens at a stop sign the error code is p0304 error so I replaced the coil and plug wires with MSD stuff and I replaced all the plugs so I have read all the posts about cylinder pressure and all but here is the kicker while the car is misfiring I can stop the car shut it off and restart it and the car runs fine again ...Its almost like a computer issue and one last thing I also pulled the fuel injectors and swapped injector 1 with injector 4 with no change......Please help

One of the things mentioned in the Diagnosis Without Guesswork book when that code is looked up is cylinder compression. I would get it tested- the computer might not react to low compression as fast as you might think.
