Hello everyone

Just want to say hi. I just got my first Mini last Friday. She's a new Kite Blue MCS, and have to say I'm happy with her so far. Put almost 1000 miles on in less than a week.

Enjoy your new MINI and welcome to NAM. I have not seen Kite Blue. Can you post a pic?

Pictures! I want to see what our car is going to look like when it shows up. Most of the Kite Blue I have seen have been Justas.

That color is available on the MCS, but it requires the Bayswatch package.

I drove up to Door County WI the other day, and by the time I got there, the front was covered in bugs. But other than that, the drive was very nice. Not many people on the roads at all. I'll get pictures of the interior with the rocklite seats later.

Its not my first post but I feel it good to get introduced. I'm from USA and joined this community because I'm planning to get a mini as it seems to be economical and easy to park everywhere. I want to know that is it better to replace it with my NISMO 370z 2011? Give opinions about its maintenance and consumption as compared to any other.

Nice wheels... it seems they are popular for 2012. I've seen a few around lately.

At first I thought they were a lot like the Black Star Bullet wheels but then I realized that the "spokes" were hollowed out and not a solid piece. That made me like em even better.

That is a very nice color... and even though I've never been to Door County WI I've heard it very nice up there in Northern Cheese-Head country... and it looks great for a backdrop to your very sweet ride.

It is nice up there. Once you get past Sturgeon Bay, you won't find McDonalds or Target or anything of the sort. Its all family owned businesses. Anyway, I stopped by my parents' today, and their dog Cooper wanted to take my car for a ride.

Now I have dog hair in there, and its never coming out...I better get used to it though, since I'm getting a dog soon.

I live about 10 minutes away from a dealer. 3 in the state, one in Appleton (near me,) Milwaukee, and Madison. But no, my parents named their dog randomly after tires.

@SkyRideTravis --- Nice ride...it was almost mine :D I looked at it about 5 hours before you did! Since it was going to be the girlfriend's car, I couldn't make the call (she built one online with the colormatched roof.)
As it is, we are ordering one almost identical (should be done in about a month.) She opted for the black roof after all.

Those particular wheels are only available on the Bayswater edition at the moment.
