Wow - good eye! Yes, that's my dusty 1955 Thunderbird. I'll clean her off and get her roadworthy again when the weather is a little warmer. For now it's all MINI!

Yes,,,Weaf aka Mike officially has his Alice!!!
Didn't driver her off the lot until 7:30 PM (dark out) and had to race to my Son's play where he was playing "GOD". (My wife thinks it is cool as she can walk around telling people she is "God's Mom").
I will get tons of photos as time permits as I plan on getting up early to wash her down, then we have our first appointment with the Tint Man and after that we meet with the Graphic artist about the Vinyl design for the roof.
Once I get her home I will try to clean her up a bit and get some really nice photos, weather permitting. Either way I will get photos ASAP.
P.S. I've never drove a Mini more than once and only around 2 city blocks (about 1 mile) so tonight I got to drive her (JCW R56) about 20 miles and only average 12.8 MPG (hhahahah) but it was a BLAST!!! Never new any car (cough cough cough) I mean Mini could be SOOOO much FUN to drive!!!
I offered the spare FOB to my Wife and she replied "I'm not driving that" and my 11 Year old Son replied without hesitation "I take it!" (He thinks at 11 he can drive and she loves the car but can't stand being inside or driving tiny cars which is what I love the most...tiny cars that is...and my Mini is super roomy for me. I love the way the seats just hug you around every corner.
Mini **** to follow...

Jake, OMG she is amazing. I should have taken more pictures but I was having so much fun driving her around!
Thank you Jolly Rancher!!
Weaf, you so funny!!! ha ha ha hahahahahahaha No scratches, I went over her with a fine tooth comb
Thank you, thank you, Ponyup!
My hubby took one i'll post it in a few.
Deli, you made my hubby bust a gut laughing! He knows his place this weekend ---- if he does't want to be around GG then he needs to make plans with someone else because I am busy. lol
hahahhaaa, I was able to hold it but it wasn't easy! lol
Sad thing is, I have to go back to the dealer tomorrow as there is something wrong with the Y cable connection. My NEW MA actually drove a new cable to where we were having dinner to see if that would fix the problem, but, it didn't. So back to the dealer for us tomorrow for a service call. arghhhhhh
other than that, I'm loving her.
ps, had no idea that when you order the JCW interior package that the color line comes in leather. I have rooster red color line and it's all leather. Absolutely stunning!!!! LOVE IT

If so how how does that work and where do you get it done?
#5741
Same from you too Weaf! Looks like you have a busy schedule tommorow.
#5742
Oh, it's a shadow.

The monochromatic color scheme looks great! Is that a T-Bird I see in the corner of the pic? My other side of the garage is a '51 Ford Convertible. Mini lovers have such great taste in cars...

I never liked those wheels before until I saw yours. I have got to say that the color goes really well with car. Very nice...the wheels and of course the MINI!

1. MINI offers a few of their own...
2. Talk to your dealer about a referral for a graphics person for custom graphics job.
3. Find your own graphics person like Todd over at Todd's Mods or Aesthetic Creations.
I've had Todd do stripes and a roof graphics work for me before, and he does fantastic work. Besides being "the graphics guy" for Baron MINI in Kansas City, about 95% of the vinyl work in KC is his... He also goes to AMVIV, MOTD, and can be convinced to go to a few other events around the country as well... PM me if you want more info about his handiwork. He's who I would go with, however there are a lot of options out there...

We leave in an hour and 15 minutes to pick up our MINI - although looking at the weather it doesn't look like there are going to be too many pictures that don't include a coating of road salt as we have an inch of snow on the ground...

The smile, the smile, I meant.
I'm surprised your hubby will let the two of you out at the same time.
I'm just getting in deeper aren't I.

Congratulations! Glad to see that your wait is FINALLY over!!!!

Looks great but we will expect a lot more photos!!!
Back to the dealer....WTH
Mini had enough time to build you baby twice...there should be a replica somewhere that will allow for organ transplants to keep your baby 100% forever!
