At the dealer.
May go with an in stock Clubman S with almost the same options except the Black Roof. If the deal is right.
Make sure the deal is right. Otherwise, you should get the car you want or you WILL have regrets. It's YOUR money, get YOUR car the way YOU want it.
The wait is not fun, but it's not that bad.
p.s.: My MA was out today, but he responded to my text that he will do everything in his power to get the car thru receiving, prep, etc. as quickly as possible as soon as it arrives. Last he checked, it was still awaiting a truck to transport "Sheldon" to them
Couldn't pass it up. Only difference was I was going to order a black roof.
Seeing them side by side I liked the Pepper White roof with Black rear pillars.
Best drive home in a new car ever!

looks great. As you can see from my sig, that was what we did, replacing our R56 in same config. Actually I wanted the darker rims but was vetoed. Got them on the CM though!
Well found out my Mini is in the paint shop today....I guess that isnt bad as we ordered it on Apr 1. I'm projecting maybe a May 2 or 3rd arrival at my Dealership...

You can review your order on ol.miniusa.com and see the projected delivery date. If it's in paint today in Oxford, I imagine you'll be waiting 'til mid-May, at the least, based on my experience.

Mine only says "Scheduled for production." When I asked my MA about it, she didn't seem to think that there was any way to know where the car was in the production process, so how can I find that out?

Your MA has the best details. OL has general updates in the five outline stages. And OL lags behind the actual status by a day or five ;-)
My MA called me today to let me know that my mini has entered the assembly line! I guess I'm one of the lucky ones because it was only ordered 5 days ago.
My MINI:
'13 MCa
BRG/Black
Cold pkg
16" black wheels
black bonnet stripes
black headlamp housings
xenon
Sport seats
Anthracite headliner
White turn signal lights
I thought mine was flying also. Apparently getting it built is the easy quick part. Mine has been sitting at the docks for a week waiting for a ship as far as we can tell. My MA says it sometimes takes two weeks for them to get on a ship. I keep seeing VINs very close to mine on the WW cargo trace, but the ones that just loaded are all going to New York.

On the WW site, you can also check schedules going to certain ports and see when the next ship will be going to your port. Since you have been waiting a week, I would guess you have moved up enough to make the next ship to your port. Hope this helps.
