Heated windshield. Button is the round button all the way to the left, right above the toggle bank , right near the Fan speed dial. This is a older R56 MINI cooper with the silver finish gauges, which the newer MINI have black. But its blank for the US as we don't get these from the factory.
Heated seats is the toggle side button.
Here a link to it where they discuss the options:

I am scheduled to take delivery Friday. I'm wondering if anyone has noticed any specific issues that I should look for on my vehicle, i.e. scratches around keyholes, misaligned body panels, etc. I'd love a comprehensive list of specific issues to look for so I don't end up making trips back to the dealer!

If you're referring to the button right below the "Max" button on the left side, this is the rear defrost bottom.

In the upholstery business, the industry term for this condition is call "comfort wrinkles." The appearance of these wrinkles is directly caused by applied pressure to the seat or back of fabric or leather, and the subsequent compression of the foam understructure, which causes minor stretching. It is considered normal and usually gives the upholstery character, as well as the “I have been there and back” look. This seems to fit the character of the MINI's lets motor philosophy.

I didn't order the MINI Connect system because I wasn't going to use it functions and couldn't justify paying for it. The sound quality of the HK Premium Sound Package is beyond what I expected. In fact, I'm thoroughly enjoying it. I have the same package on my Clubman with MINI Connect and it doesn't sound as full and dynamic to me. The HK system sounds so much better in the roadster. It definitely has something to do with the cabins close confines as well as speaker arrangement. You made the right decision WolfsBane.

Here's, at least, a decent shot of the two-tone leather dash with striped aliminum, which I think looks quite nice: http://s24.postimg.org/fwp2ydhtx/IMG_6646.jpg
I'd love to see MINI offer a range of leather dashes as broad as what they offer as color lines.

One nice, unexpected (though admittedly very minor) detail of getting the Sattelite Gray dash is that it comes with contrasting light stitching on the shift boot: http://s1.postimg.org/rzii4fidr/IMG_6647.jpg
