In a similar vein, I've been struggling to give me Clubman a name. Since it's Pepper White & Black, my 4yr old son thinks we should name it General Grievous...I intro'd him to Star Wars young . That got me thinking Storm Cooper, but I noticed someone around here had already taken that name.

I kinda like Ghost Pepper...it's Pepper White, get it?

I ask my wife what she thinks...she tells me I need psychological help. Which I probably do.

Is it me or does it seem like the 2013 sales for MINI are starting to slow a bit? I just notice that things are getting quiet on here..lol

 

My MA told me their last allocation for ten 2013 Coopers was this past month. Got my order placed just in time, my new friend is at the port awaiting a shipping vessel, no shipping info available at this time.

I get the feeling it's the summertime lull and they'll be a flurry of activity come Autumn.

My MA said I will be able to pick up my jcw next week. It really went through the vdc process quickly.

OL now shows it in the "At the dealer" stage, so hopefully that puts it right when my MA estimated :D

 

Even though its only a week away it seems like its longer than the previous 6 weeks. It's like when its Christmas night and you can't sleep even though you are so tired.

 

I am now playing the waiting game, again.

I didn't have to track a ship before I got my car as I live in Germany. However, we are moving back to the US next month and my car is now being shipped using a "Home Shipment" program with MINI.

She's now on the Integrity going to Baltimore. The ship left Bremerhaven on Wednesday and is about to hit Southampton.

Anyone else's MINI keeping my Moneypenny company on the voyage?

No offense, but sure hope not! We've been talking about that ship and its painfully slow journey into Baltimore.... 22 days!?!

 

It goes to TX, GA, & SC first THEN Baltimore.

 

Quite the roundabout way to Baltimore. Please, Lord, do not let my MINI get on that ship!

 

Luckily I don't fly back to VA until 9 July and by the time I get over jet-leg, it'll be the 13th.
