Yeah, I really should get around to that one of these days. Geez, we've had the Countryman for a year now. It is about that time, isn't it ? And the 05 R50 I just bought last year looks great for his age. Need do replace some of my pics of the two that have been sold with the new family members. Thanks for the little push to do so, will get it done soon.
No... not any day now. Mine is either on the Integrity that just left Southampton on Friday or it will very likely be on the Tarago that leaves out of there on Wednesday. Hoping for the latter because it comes right into Baltimore and will arrive 10 days ahead of the Integrity.
Then I have about a week of dealer installations to have completed. Probably not going to take deliver of mine until sometime mid-July. But thanks so much for asking.

Lots of good vibes all around these days! And love the name Crush! So fitting...!

I have to stay away from this thread, it's doing me no good and my anticipation seems to be on an exponential path upward, which is starting to affect basic motor skills and critical thinking.
Getting dizzy ... must maintain control ... stay ... focu— (floor).

LOL. There's gotta be a market for freelance MINI trackers. Charge a flat, per-vehicle fee. Be on call 24/7. Leverage multiple sources. Provide text messages and map images every three hours. Could be a lucrative business.

Oh, I see! Well, maybe we'll end up getting ours around the same time, as I'm thinking it has to take at least 1 week for the transport from Halifax (arriving at the Halifax Port on July 2nd) to Ottawa, and then 1-2 days for the dealer's prep... Your car will be out of this world! Should I get a third MINI at some point, I'm hoping/betting it'll be a JCW!
I did... Friday evening, said it was at the port awaiting a ship. And am I missing something on the Owner's Lounge ? What's the status say when you're awaiting a ship at the port ?

Car is in the shop.
MA said he'd try to snap a photo of the car... this afternoon.
He sorta asked if I worked close to give me a ride. And I told him it's about 40 miles and he decided that wasn't something he would do for me (not in so many words).
Alas.

Same for production. Website just has "Scheduled for Production." Ask Mini has "Scheduled for production" and "In production with an estimated completion date of MMM DD."
Ask Mini is also faster at getting updated. I've seen the website lag at least 24 hrs and sometimes 48 hrs behind Ask Mini on my build.
I'll be curious to see if the Ask Mini line has more details once it gets to the DC as well. I'll find out after July 10!

No, your good. It is just that the website has one status between "Scheduled for Production" and "En Route", which is "Awaiting Transport" but it could be anywhere from the parking lot in the plant to the parking lot at the port. The Ask Mini line has 3 - one is waiting for carrier (this is at the plant), released to carrier (on the way to the port) and the third is at port waiting on ship.

Well, OL finally shows my Roadster S is "En Route".... good to know since she left Southampton last Wednesday. Checked this morning to see if there are any further updates on the Tiger... not since 06/20/13, and that was when she was entering the North Atlantic. She must be in the middle of the North Atlantic by now. Ask Mini just reports that she is in transit and directs me to contact my MA for further details. Tiger is still scheduled at Manzanillo for the Panama canal transit on 07/01/13.
