You have to put your whole VIN in on the WW site and push track. Again, this has been posted several times...scroll back a few pages or look in the How To Track Your Mini thread...
The good news is it remembers your VIN so you just need to know the first letter of it when you come back. And back. And back again. And------

Mine kept coming up "no record" on the first three ships that I wanted mine to be on...

On my CM it showed up on the WW search 1 day after it sailed. ASK-MINI Robot didn't know about it until 2 days after it sailed. OL didn't change to En Route until 3 days after it sailed.

Remember to post a picture when it arrives. This will ensure those that are still waiting get even more ansty....it's the right thing to do!

Bah! If it's enviousness you are trying to stir up, you've got it. I've been waiting to be transported just to the port for almost a week now!

While you folks are waiting, here's an interesting web site. It has build statistics for 2013 MINIs. http://gtcarlot.com/data/Mini/Cooper/2013/
You can explore the web site more and find statistics for all makes/models/years. I don't know where the info comes from. One surprise to me on the 2013 MINI page was that 85% are automatics. I'm getting an automatic, only because 90% of my driving is in DC traffic, but I would expect most people have more open road.

Hey I'm with ya dude! My car is still 'sittin on the dock of the bay'. But think how smug we can be in a 4 weeks time when our cars are here and others ordering now will be in our position frantically searching for updates!?

This website is a great for looking at pictures of all the different options also.... in lieu of seeing Bayswater Blue in person, this was a good resource.

It's been discussed in a few other threads here, but manual transmissions are going the way of the dodo. I think the industry expects them to be almost entirely gone in a decade or so.

yes, it's true. maybe we should order a bunch of cars right now so we have a spare manual when we're ready for the next car.
seriously though--in europe, i think there no (or very few) automatics. we'll just have to order from afar, where manual is standard and automatic is an expensive option. come on americans--learn how to use your left foot!
i just taught a friend of mine how to drive stick--he loves it now, and wishes his mazda3 weren't automatic. a convert!

Mine too (I think). The WW cargo web site still says that my car is booked on the Antares that already left with Greg's MINI, but not mine. Of course all my MA knows it that it is "waiting for a ship", no idea why it was "returned to sender". Ooh, perhaps MINI didn't put enough stamps on it to get to America?

Edit: at least I think you're headed to Cleveland. I seem to remember an earlier post from you that said that, but I could be mixing you up with someone else. Either way, let me know how long before you pick it up in Ohio. Thanks!
