Hello! New Clubman S owner!

Hello all! I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Damon and i just picked up a 2010 Clubman S this past Saturday over at Mini of Ontario here in S. California. I'm not new to car forums as i'm still somewhat active on PreludeOnline and G35Driver.com. My 2000 Prelude was my first car right out of HS. That was a great car to drive after my second auto tranny on it was going out in 2008. In 2005 i had picked up a brand spanking new G35 Coupe. It was my first new car purchase and i was young, dumb, and had money sitting in my bank account. Always loved the R33 and R34 Nissan Skyline, so naturally i wanted to own one (legally). I liked owning the car. It never gave me any problems but i rarely drove it. I guess it just wasn't a good fit for me. Fast forward to last Monday 8/13, i started browsing Cars.com just looking for Clumbans after helping a friend paint his stock wheels on his 2010 PW Hardtop black. I've loved the look of Clubmans since they came out in 2008(?) and loved the way Mini's handled since going to two Mini Takes the Stakes events and tooling around in the test cars on the cone tracks. After a week of lurking this forum and talking to my friend and doing some research, i decided to take a look at a 2010 MB Clubman S with a JCW kit and wheels. Long story (kinda) short, it was instant love. Here are pics of my past and of course, my current love

2000 Custom Pearl White Prelude (Base Sport Shift)
2005 Diamond Graphite G35 Coupe 6MT

2010 MINI Clubman S 6MT with JCW Kit and 18" JCW R113 Cross Spoke Turned

I hope to learn a ton from this community and will enjoy every second i'm driving it!

Great looking Clubman. You have some expensive factory wheels on it.
