Dean & Watson, new to the Forum

Hey, I'm new to the forum, and I'm fortunate enough to own 2 MINIs (at least for now). I currently live in Little Rock, but I'll be moving to Tucson in a few months. Our cars are:

Dean, R56 2009 Cooper S Hatch, Gray w/black wheels (owned for 3 years)
and
Watson, R60 2012 Countryman S ALL4, white w/black wheels (owned for 6 months)

I haven't done performance modding to them, but I'm interested in joining a club when I get to Tucson, and sharing tip/tricks/advice and going "motoring" (I've been in Europe for the last 3 years and have been lucky enough to motor all over western Europe).

Welcome to the forum. I live in North Carolina but went to the University of Arizona in Tucson. I hope you enjoy Tucson as there are many things to do there that you can't do anywhere else. I am on my second Mini, both were 2006 Cabrio's. The first was an S and the second is a JCW. I am having a blast with it and am starting to modify it. So far I have been mostly bringing all the major systems up to date, new brakes, new brake fluid, new transmission fluid, new coolant, intercooler flush etc... Also new Koni FSD'S shocks. Now I am moving towards some additional HP and torque.

Have fun in Tucson!

Thanks for the warm welcome! Looking forward to attending some events/drives now that I'm stateside. SwimBaxter, I made sure to get the good tint for AZ, I've never been there but I hear Tucson is a great city. Looks like you're putting in some work on the JCW, nice.

I got the Rhino Rack Z65

http://www.rhinorack.com/AccSubCateg...Box_542_5.aspx

It may be a bit long for the cooper HB at 75.5" but it fits perfect on my CM.

This one might be perfect for you:

http://www.rhinorack.com/AccSubCateg...Box_539_5.aspx

It's 5.5" shorter
