Sup everyone

Hey everyone my name is Scott. Just picked up an 08 Mini Cooper S. has 55xxx but runs like she's brand new. Just put a new NM Engineering high flow intake. Love the results. Has an amazing feeling and hissing noise.

Looking to add some features but don't know the order I should add things.

Alta exhaust ( want a down pipe but only one Alta seems to have is for JCW)
NM Eng. Air Charge Pipe
NM Eng. Discharge Pipe
Either Alta intercooler or Helix intercooler ( feedback welcome)
Tune (need lots of help here)

Thanks for reading. Here are some pictures.

Welcome to your new family. The MINIacs. Post some pics if we are to believe you. HAHA.

Looking to add some features but don't know the order I should add things.
Do a rear sway bar 1st. Then the CAI. Then you can do your other mods. This is my opinion.

Please remeber to wave.

What are you looking to do with that power added on? I mean if your gonna push that much, there has to be a reason? Anyways I'm going to be on the track. If I were you, I'd do the suspension first then engine mods second. Akrapovic DP is good from people talking about them(high flow or catless) and Riss Racing catless too. As for tune, you could do the AP from alta but they will no longer by supporting it in the summer. Check out RMW, RennTech, and NM may be available as well. Do some research and you'll be getting some information that you desire.

Good luck! And great looking MINI.

Thanks for the advice. To be honest I am thinking about coil overs or springs. I know most of you will say coil overs but I don't think I want to really DUMP it lower than what the springs would do. Living in MN the Coil overs will be nice with the snow.

Anyways, anyone hear anything about OBX down pipe? I think I'm going to go with the Alta Cat back or Borla type S Cat back.

Thanks for the advice. 240HP to me sounds attainable in stage 2, but I want to either get springs or Coil Overs. I live in MN so Coil Overs would be good with the snow but I don't think I really want to make it lower than what springs would drop it to.

My next question would be; Has anyone heard anything about OBX down pipe? I want to either put an Alta cat back exhaust or a Borla type S cat back exhaust. Any thoughts?
