"Does it come in Black?"

Here to introduce myself!

I recently picked up a 2013 MCS and have begun experiencing the following symptoms:
-Excessive acceleration and cornering
-Increased urge to rush home from work to take the Mini out for a spin
-Loss of sense of direction while running errands (on purpose)
-Blurred vision (of cars as I overtake them)
-Shortness of breath after drives

So far it has been a blast. Looking forward to many years of fun with this one.

-Tony

Nice first post Tony; welcome aboard! You've got a full-fleged case of Cooper fever, for which there's no known cure. Two years after my first drive I still have the same symptoms, accompanied by prolonged smiling and stupid grins that linger well after I shut off the ignition.

Drive 'er in good health!

Those are just primary symptoms. It gets worse w/time:

a) hate waiting inline knowing it's parked outside
b) anxiety attacks because the world seems to move slower
c) taking the long way to ANY destination
d) you opt for more bridges/under-passes to hear your exhaust
e) your speedometer needle spends more time on the right side

and your Dr scans your key for your vital signs

Thanks for the warm welcome all!!

@Mical haha thanks for the heads up on the symptoms... and yes that exhaust note is exquisite!

@RobMuntean Yes you got the reference! "I'm not saying that I am Batman, but no one has ever seen us in the same room before"

@leaf_fan I'm springing for clear bra and tinting first, then we'll see. I'm telling myself to hold off on modding it but I'm not sure how long that will last.

Absolutely gotta start with a heavy sway bar and KONI FSD struts. Y'all got some really good crooked roads out there. Be a shame to have to motor around them like a granny in a soccermobile.
