As much as I would like too, I usually do not stop to help stranded motorists. Simply b/c of the risk..........sad to admit I know. However, I spotted a Mini Cooper stranded in the middle of a busy 5 lane hwy (locally) yesterday evening on my way to class. I knew it would make me late but I could not just drive on by so I turned around. I pulled beside her which was a lady a bit older than myself. She did roll her window down & much to her embarrassment, she admitted that she had not ck'd her gas gauge & had simply ran out of fuel. She then told me her son in law was on his way so she was not in need of help. I told her that it happens to the best of us & not to sweat it & to deny it!!! lol lol lol

Glad I stopped ........... sad that this world is just to crazy (dangerous) to help peeps anymore. Proud of myself........

 

That was very nice of you, there is always a risk when you do this but it's very rewarding when you do help.

 

At least you didn't just wave.

 

Have waved at every Mini since last Wed when I got mine.........Have yet to have the first one wave back. :(

Awwwww, thanks & that is so nice. I consider my reward being able to wake up everyday & put my feet on the floor. That is reward enough for me......
