Thanks for a great site and being a member

I just bought a 2012 S Clubman New with 100 miles from a local dealer
It was one of the last 2012's No sunroof and this being California, that kinda makes for a hard sell

Mini MSRP was 31k Got for 26400.00 + tax and Lic Plus good trade on my 7 year old veh that was due for a $1000.00 service and brakes...

Think I did ok?

Granted it is a 2012 but new not a scratch ...Full Warranty

Sounds like a great deal. Welcome!!! I like the idea of a new car that has been sitting. I rack miles up so you can get a "head start" on motoring without worrying about resale due to high miles or running through the warranty too quick.

I'm actually going to move there in January. Still looking where exactly, mainly fishermans wharf. But I love Sausalito.

Looks like you got a solid deal. Not a steal, but certainly a great discount off MSRP. If you did as well on the trade in as you would expect to sell it for on your own you also get the break of ease of sale, no risk, and some savings in the basis for sales tax on the purchase.

Baker beach is my favorite so far! Take some pictures near the Golden Gate Bridge it'll look awesome:-).

Welcome to the forums, and congrats on the Clubman. Good to see another non-sunroof Clubman in the area. Did you get it from Mini SF dealership?

Make sure to join a local MINI club as well, there is a big population of MINIs here in the Bay Area. The weather and mountains make this the perfect place to own a driver's car.
