Hello again from Miami,
I am Keith and new to the Mini world and am in love already. I am active duty Navy stationed in Japan. While home my wife and I agreed to get a Mini. With some persuasion! I'm 6'2 and 250+ and when she saw how much room I had she was sold. So, a black on black Cooper S is now ours.
Already the mod bug has hit me.
Almost 3 weeks later:
H&R springs 1.4" drop
ECU flash
Intercooler upgrade
K&N air filter
Spark plugs
and warranty clutch chance! ( I heard a squeak and begged for a new clutch)

***Deciding on the Breyton 18" black w/ red stripe Rims for today's purchase!!

I only have almost 2 weeks left before I return to Japan so I plan to have a good time until then.
While gone I will continue to stock pile goodies for application while gone.
Can't wait to upgrade my turbo!!

I should be there till Dec 2014 give or take. Have a few options to leave sooner or later.
Cars are crazy in Japan. But also found a Mini cooper company there that I'll search for when I return!
