Hi All.

Just signed on to this forum after the arrival of my new to me 2008 Mini Automatic on Monday night. Looking forward to getting to know the car and the forum. I am sure I will be hunting for information as I discover the unique qualities of this great vehicle. February in Eastern Canada not the best timing to acquire a convertible, but I'm sure looking forward to getting to know it.

Welcome to NAM, ridgeline and congrats on your new MINI. You sure picked a slightly depressing time to purchase a convertible but spring is right around the corner, or we hope at least. Not mine, but almost identical. Same colors in and out. Once the weather improves I will post a few better one's. I bought the car sight unseen from Toronto, and had it shipped to New Brunswick. It arrived just a little dirty and iced up...

Quick trip through a wash bay to get the bulk of the grime off.



Need to give it a good detailing over the coming weeks. Looking forward to spring.
