New to the Mini!

Hello! All

Just purchased a 2009 MINI S Paddles shift etc...

I sold my Audi TT 01 Quattro and had significant Mods done to it

sorry to see it go but 13yrs and 186,000 miles was fun.

Looking to see and understand this Mini as well.

What would be other than the Tune and Intake be a significant change or Mod to do to this Mini.

Glad to be here and willing to learn the Mini!

Welcome to NAM, coachvminis and congrats on your new MINI. It always hard to say goodbye to old friends but there are always new ones to be made. While I'm sure your Audi TT served you well, you're going to love your MINI. I was a VW owner for years and now couldn't imagine having as much fun driving then as I do now in my Roadster. Someone will be along shortly to answer your question. Our members are not only knowledgeable but helpful as well. We'd love to see a few pics of your MINI, so post a few why don't you. Happy motoring and please don't forget to promote the MINI wave.

Congrats on your MINI, and welcome to NAM! You came to the right place for info & advice on all things MINI.

I have a first gen (supercharged) S, so I'm not very familiar with mods & upgrades for the second gen (turbo) S cars. From talking to others in my local MINI club I think downpipes & catback exhausts are good upgrades, but check the Second Gen forums for more & better details.

Happy Motoring!

Catbacks do nothing but make noise. Let your Mini breath better, both in and out (see below) and then tune. Welcome!!!
