A little help goes a long way

Hey everyone decided to make an account today in search of some help. I recently broke what I believe is a vacuum line on my r53. But I'm not 100% sure and would like to know.

If anyone knows what I broke please let me know what it is and what the ill effects will be, and maybe what part I need to fix it thanks.

Pictures are not showing....
Realoem.com has parts diagrams and "suggested prices" for most parts...

Yup...
You WILL GET A YELLOW check engine light and an evap code....
Mini sells the valve for $80 ish, but a few folks found it is a common part...sold for $20 ish if you do some searching...as for the hose...you can order a new OEM hard line....or maybe convert to a rubber/silicone flex line.
