poly suspension bushings

I read somewhere that poly wheel bushings can significantly reduce wheel hop, especially if you have replaced engine mounts. Has anyone out there gone through this? I find if I turn off the asc it can almost eliminate any hop, but not completely. Having a hard time believing it is clutch or flywheel related, everything shifts and runs smooth. I did replace tires with a non-runflat all season optimo tire. Maybe they're a little too grippy?

I'm not sure about wheel hop, but Powerflex suspension bushings will reduce tire wear and help with handling.

Are these ready to go, or have to be pressed? What kind of shop time am I looking at?

They need to be pressed in, and more importantly, the old ones need to be removed, which requires getting medieval on them, unless you have special tools. It's not totally cheap--under $400, but it lasts the life of the car.
