New Member & Mini Owner

Hey everyone,

I'm new to the forums and to Mini as well. I have almost always owned Japanese and have found myself loving the R53. I recently graduated from Brigham Young University Idaho and have ended up in the San Francisco Bay Area with my new Cooper S. I'm excited to work on my new weekend warrior and would love any advice you have for someone who isn't very familiar with the German engineering side of the automotive industry.

Welcome to NAM! I love silver. I may be biased though as I have a silver car as well. If you ever need any help with DIY work please be sure to check out our tech articles here. We have a great resource for parts as well here. Cheers!

Welcome, and congrats on moving over to German engineering--with an English twist (meaning that it's a fun car that you'll have to repair once in a while).
