Hello all!

I live in Fort Walton Beach, FL. I purchased my 05 MCS in Sept 2014. She's a Chili red convertible! Runs great. I will post some pics of her in the next couple of days after she's all cleaned up.

Welcome to NAM! Looking forward to the pictures of your R52. Anything done to her or is she all stock?

Ok! A Chilli Red Convertible on the Dunes! Spent about 3 years there (a long time ago). Great white sand, sea oats and awesome beaches. Love that area. Definitely post some pictures and make most of us really jealous, since the water there looks just like those tropical Caribbean travel posters.

R52 Sidewalk

Anybody running Megan Racing coilovers on their R52? I have had mine on since 2010 and they are making a bunch of noise and the ride seems to have gotten worse - I feel every bump and hole on the road. How long do they last with around town driving? What is a good replacement?

6 years is a good amount of time on them and depending on the mileage as well, the struts/shocks are most likely ready for a replacement. Some coil over companies allow you to remove them and send them in to be rebuilt. I have Tein and they do this, but have also been told they take a while to get them back to you. If you don't have the time to wait you could buy new ones, send yours out to be rebuilt and then sell them. Or, you could switch up to a different coil and do the same then sell your current set.

Send me a PM and I can help you. They sometimes need parts replaced, refreshed with many years and miles. Where did you get them ?
