I drive a pumpkin - orange 2005 cooper s convertible

Hey, I just joined. I love my pumpkin, which is a orange 2005 cooper s convertible. My pumpkin is a fun driving machine.

Anyone know where the cd changer wiring is located in a r52 - 05 cooper s convertible with navigation? I want to add bluetooth to play my tunes through the stock sound system. My plan is to add Grom bluetooth system which plug into the existing pre cd changer wiring, but I can't find it the cd changer wiring. Can someone please verify the location of the cd changer wiring before I start to rip the car apart?

Per the forum's suppose to be in the rear passenger side panel in the truck but I have convertible with navigation and my truck doesn't match the pictures.

Here's a pic of my trunk below.. notice it looks different. If the wiring is in the passenger side rear panel in the truck - then could someone show me how to remove the panel to access the wiring?

Its behind the trunk panel on the right hand side, you have to pull away the side carpet right under that piece for the Roll bar. Should be two plugs there. One carpet screw and then you have to work it out around. Pull the seat backrest forward. To install back in work it in from the corner and use a trim tool.

I have a Hot Orange MCC also. Love it

@ECSTuning... BIG Thank you. I got the trim kit and now I'm ready to get to work. I will let you know how it goes. I'm so excited. My mini will have cool tunes soon!!

Oh.. I can't forget.. YOU mini looks AMAZING! I love it.

FYI: I don't know why the back deck has the yellowish line on the pic. My mini's back deck doesn't have yellow and it's in excellent condition. Yeah.. the truck needed to be vacuumed/cleaned.
