A new member checking in here from Austin, TX with a 2002 Mini Cooper Hatch I just picked up a few weeks back. This is my first Mini, but I'm no stranger to German cars, as my vehicle history includes the following:

e28 '83 533i turbo
e31 '91 850i
e39 '02 Dinan 540i
e46 '00 323i
88' 911 Carrera slant nose conversion

Looking forward to getting to know this car as well as some of you all in the forums!

Welcome! You had an 88 slant nose 911? Awesome. You'll love the Mini. I've owned several 911's and by far it's much easier working and less expensive than owning a 911. Cheers
