Engine mount

Hi All! Can someone verify if this is the correct engine mount for an 04 S? I'm ordering all 3 online and when I look at this specific one on the car it looks like it doesn't have that sort of bracket (just a round mount). And I believe I have seen one similar without a bracket on a different parts website. Can anyone confirm?

That's a face-lift passenger frame rail mount for 2005-2006 coupes and 2005-2008 convertibles. Not sure if late 2004's started using them. If your mount doesn't look like that it should be the earlier mount. Here's a pic from the Pelican Parts article on replacing the engine and trans mounts. The two pieces on the left are the early style upper passenger side mounts along with a bracket connecting the two. Not sure if it's recommended to replace the mounting bolts for the early style like on the later face-lift mounts. All pieces can be ordered from Pelican if needed. The replacement how-to article is here:

Shoot me the last 7 digits of your R53's vin number as it is dependent on your MINI's build date.

Here is what our catalog says: http://www.pelicanparts.com/catalog/..._pg3.htm#item8, but will need to confirm with your vin.

Thanks guys! Unfortunately I'm up I Canada so found a local online parts place so I don't have to deal with customs and duties. The only one they seem to have is the 05+ one. Wish I was in the US and could just deal with Pelican.

The last 7 digits are TD76662

Not a problem - would rather you get the correct one. According to real OEM and your vin you'll need part number 22-11-6-760-448, which looks like the image below. You can also take a peek at yours under the hood to make sure it looks like it has the same rubber outside vs. the one you posted in your original post.

Ya I checked before and that's what prompted the question. The one online didn't seem right with that bracket. I will check again though. The other one (lower left in pic RB-MINI posted) is the correct one as well. Haven't been underneath to see the other one but I imagine that one will be the same as well?

Thanks again for all your help!

Yes, 22-11-6-756-405 (lower left in image above and #8 on the diagram above) is the one for your MINI. Happy to help.
