2010 clubman manual NA. issues.....can't find paired CEL match

Whatsup all I've got an 2010 clubman manual and been dealing with many issues started wit p2196. This morning wife went to leave car sounded like someone put a big cam while we were sleeping. I ran the code and found 2178, 2187, 303 302 300. Just did a tune oil change the workz...lol noticed small oil leak in number 1 tube seal, got the gasket set. I put NGK iridiums in and adding cataclean today at lunch. If anyone has any ideas or some sort 9f direction I should go rather than carbon cleaning and possibly o2 sensor anything is appreciated.

A good post for the GEN 2 Forum.
P2196 Heated oxygen sensor 1, bank 1 - signal stuck rich
P2196 Oxygen sensor 1, bank 1 - signal stuck rich
P2178 System too rich off idle, bank 1
P2187 System too lean at idle, bank 1
...if the 300, 302, and 303 are truncated ..
P0300 Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0302 Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected
P0303 Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected
and/or
P2300 Ignition coil A, primary circuit - circuit low
P2302 Ignition coil A, secondary circuit - malfunction
P2303 Ignition coil B, primary circuit - circuit low

Since you changed plugs maybe you didn't get the Ignition Wires/Coil Packs seated correctly and/or did you you correctly get everything put back together?

Double check your Wires/Coil Packs and after clearing the codes see if it generates them again... looks like all the codes could be coming from Wires/Coil Packs not firing in the proper order.

The coils seemed to be seated properly last weds when I did the tune up but I double check today when I pull the plugs again to see how they look just to be safe, but I also did not replace coil boots so that maybe an option too.

Could dirty MAF cause all this as well? It wants to pan out if more than 1/4 throttle depressed, but there's been a noticeable change in power at low rpms but it sputters like lack of fuel almost like turbo lag just stuttery (Had a single turbo 2j car) but not violently then hits 3000rpm back to normal power band. Been present for a hot minute tho..today was the first time it was really bad.
