If you do the charger pulley, also do the crank pulley, you might want to check out some threads on the short shifter, I have been holding off because of some concerns. Check threads on exhaust sound bites before you purchase, because of noise levels. Have fun, my 03 MCS is getting better with each mod.

Aloha! I'm Allan (ghalisin) from Hawaii. I've had my Cooper S since 03 but just now decided to upgrade it. Looking at all the limitless possibilities but not sure what right mix is out there to achieve the proverbial 250-300 hp. Hope you guys and this site can help me in reaching that goal. I'm also shipping my car in the next week or so to Bahrain so if you know of any info regarding Bahrain and Minis, I'll be glad to hear it from you. Mahalo and Merry Christmas.

Howdy everyone! I'm Stephanie. I'm looking to get a used MINI. I'm looking for one in my price range right now. I gotta save up some money before I get one though. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna get a MCS though. I joined so I can take a peek around and see what the MINI Motoring world is all about. :D Right now I'm motoring around in a 2006 Scion xB. :D

I've just joined but I bought my 03 MC in the spring of 05. I joined 'cus I often want to know stuff that I can't find in my owners manual or my (Bentley) service manual. I don't know how much of my own maintainence I'll be doing. I used to do it all with old Detroit Iron but these computer managed systems are a bit intimidating. Even if someone else is doing it I wanna know whats going down.

Hey there all! My name is Doug. I have a 2005 MCS, British racing green with white top and white bonnet stripes. It is all stock and I am hoping to do some minor mods in the future. I love to drive it and badly need to clean it! I am absolutely addicted to the sound of the supercharger and tend to just go for a drive at the drop of a hat just because I NEED TO!
Happy Motoring!

New to NAM
Hello,
I am awaiting delivery of my 2nd MINI, which is currently cruising the Panama Canal aboard the Asian Emperor. I had a 2003 MCS, which I ordered in Sept of 2002 and it arrived in March of 03. I added the JCW kit in March of 04 and sold "Newton" in June of 06 ... pleased to say she sold for my original purchase price ... 40 month cost of ownership was the JCW kit ... not bad. "Newton 2" will be an "S" Convertible in the Pepper White color. I think the lighter color is a much better choice for the dusty Phoenix area. I have enjoyed visiting the NAM site and looking forward to motoring topless in the near future.

New here
Another new MINI owner. Well not yet but by Wednesday I should be. OK not really new the MINI is a Yellow 2003 Cooper S with the sport package, black roof and stripes. It only has 18,000 km's on it so it needs to be exercised. If I can keep my wife out of it I should be able to double the clicks by the end of the year. If the wife gets hold of it I don't think her Passat Wagon will move again for a while.
