No Substitute for Hands-on Experience
Hello from smokey California!
I am grateful to have access to so much hands-on experience from Mini rookies like me to veterans of the "what now?!?" battles. I am in the thick of a "what now?!?" battle that started off as a simple timing chain job that went well really initially, and has since become a string of cascading issues.
As/if I figure things out I will share them, as I get stumped (more likely) I will scour this site, then ask if I can't find what I am looking for.
I have worked on a lot of Vanos BMWs, but this 2010 base model Mini is taking me to school.
No doubt you will be hearing from me again.
