Last Friday my daughter and I went down to our local MINI dealership and placed an order for a 2022 MINI JCW Clubman All4. I couldnt find one that had the options that I wanted locally (there really arent any for sale here that I could find), and when I heard that the '22 got a heated steering wheel I was sold on that. I like warm fingers when driving in the winter.

I ordered mine in moonwalk grey metallic with the multitone roof in iconic trim. Since the iconic trim pretty much includes everything I really only optioned the roof color and roof rails. I kept the base 18" black wheels since I will be having them reskinned in winter tires next winter and will be getting some new wheels/tires before summer 2022.

I was told that mine should start being assembled early next month and should arrive either late May or early June.

We are very excited to meet him when he gets done with his Atlantic cruise!

 

Cool, yes long time coming for heated steering wheels for MINI. Heated seats on MINIs was a thing back in 2002 and rare on most cars.

 

Congrats! I have the same car and I love mine so far (got it 5/2020 at a discount off dealer's lot in Tempe, AZ). Sure wish I had heated steering wheel though.
