new owner from Down Under
G'day all just got my first modern Mini it's a 2008 [complianced in Australia] JCW limited edition Cooper S Cabrio, but I believe built in 2007 as its supercharged, I have owned several early 1275 Cooper S's in the past [regretfully sold, as their now worth big big bucks now in Aus] but are starting to really love the new addition, I just sold my 1966 MG Midget [cause I couldn't get out without falling on the ground] and this will be a fun replacement, I will have a lot of questions to ask as unfortunately I cant leave any thing stock, so by for now out for a spin in the hills

Welcome to the forum. Lots of help herein. Some must do mods include front strut tower plates, a heavier 19 or 22 MM adjustable rear sway bar and performance struts like KONI special active. Consider replacing the coolant expansion tank with a steel one, the plastic seam will fail eventually.
And lastly, to quote an oldtimer, "Pictures dammit, pictures. Without pictures, it didn't happen."
