It's About Time

I've been skulking through this site for over a year, but just recently registered. I figured it was about time to get out of neutral, so hello all. I've got an August 2003 Cooper (non-S). Mini's name is "autopia". BMP/ProMini intake, Milltek header, Magnaflow cat-back & Kingsborne 9mm plug wires. This place has been just great to gain knowlege about this wonderful car.

Welcome - glad you finally decided to join the party. Did you get your MINI's name from the ride at Disney?

Welcome!!! '03 Coopers are cool! I've got an '03 MC as well, but with less mods than you!

Since you're in SoCal, come hang out with the c3 folks at our free monthly detailing clinics where we show you how to keep that shine on your MINI year round using Meguiars products.

Autopia,

Aloha and welcome to NAM.
That's quite a modded MC you have.
Any plans for suspension upgrades and light wheels????

I've got a "wish list" that doesn't seem to stop. My work week has turned into 6 days to feed my Mini Habit. As far as suspension, my thoughts have been on a Mini Madness rear sway bar, ProMini rear swaybar links, ProMini polyurathane bushings for the stock sway bar up front & ProMini sway bar links for the front. As well as a BMP/ProMini front strut brace. I'd also like to get some lowering springs in there. I'm still running the stock 5-spoke 16" wheels. I have no immediate plans of changing those, although the thought does exist. Time will tell, as to what of the above list actually happens. Again, that's the "wish list"
