Help me pick which color to get
I wish I could post a poll and make it easy.
I am going this Saturday to sit down with my MA to work out the details to purchase a 2005 June Delivery MCSA (thats right a Automatic )
So which color R99 wheels should I get? I know there alot of $$ extra but I love the look.

That being said, I think the anthracite would contrast quite well with the pepper white.

Simple anthracite, last year it was cool to have major bling but now people can care less. The anthracite is almost a gunmetal look which is really cool. It not only hides brake dust but it melds well with the rest of the car.
Oh btw when you order your car if there isnt one on the lot it will take about three months...enjoy the wait

Anthracite for sure. If you wanna get creative without getting all "blinged up" take the time or spend the money and have the lips polished. I did that to the wheels on my motorcycle and it looks great. Nice and shiny and sparkly without being too obnoxious. If you need polishing tips let me know i spent all winter doing my wheels

Neither. Get aftermarket wheels from www.tirerack.com. You'll pay considerably less money and get better tires. I'm getting 17" wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport high-performance tires for less than $1,200 from the Tirerack. They look better and perform better than anything you could get from your Mini dealership. Trust me.

Also I plan to buy the wheels from Classic and already got a quote. About $60 less per wheel then the MINI catalog shows so already a savings.
Also I have gone the aftermarket way of wheels and well I'm sick of everytime I bring my car for service getting crap from them about aftermarket parts. So for right now I think I'm going MINI parts only. But you knows I might turn...

Classic MINI
Now a question: Exactly what aftermarket part(s) did the dealer give you crap about? Was it the intake? My SA's took one look at my wheels and said, "Wow, nice wheels! Where did you get them?" A few minutes later, an MA was pointing them out to his customer.

You can get some cool Ronal RT for $800, custom painted to any color for and extra $100 (per wheel?) and still have $500 left over for much better tires.
These are a little loud, but you get the point.

DVLMINI - I love the look of those first wheels. But here is the thing I am sick of a question whether or not I can have a part on my car. Sick of the bs over aftermarket. Even though most are cheaper and better quality.
