Says the cargo has been loaded on to the TAGUS ship and has left port at southhampton. sweet =) so its on its way I guess ha im tryin to guess how much longer till its at the dealer...im think about 2 weeks maybe 2 and a half

*cry* the car has been in the distribution center since like the 14th. estimated deliver date as of yesterday was 7/21 today it says 7/22 lol if it was pushed back once..i expect it will probably happen again. ~_~ hopefully ill at least have it sometime next week.

How's the anticipation? I waited two years to be able to AFFORD the mini... but then i couldn't hold out any longer and just bought one that was already at the dealership :P Although, it would have been nice to go through the birthing process.

Even if i got the S i wanted once i pay down this mini, i'd have to buy it premade again... Since they're discontinuing the one color i want!!

 

haha cool. yeah ill try and make it out to some meets. I live drives better that meets. but ill see about comin to some. drives are more fun tho cause ur actually doin somethin besides standing in a parking lot for a few hours ha

estimated delivery still says the 22nd getting it tomorrow would be nice, but for some reason i doubt that will happen ha

I had some ecsquisite beef patties with tomato sauce, cheese, and pickles on a bread bun for lunch. as well as elongated cooked potatoe sticks. it was a very nice restraunt up near tysons corner, you should check it out sometime.

its called mcdonalds.

be prepared tho cause its rather pricey.

Well the Mini is finally sitting at the dealership It hasnt been prepped yet for pick up, cause the dealership isnt open on sundays, so ill probably pick it up tomorrow. I stopped by the dealership last night after they were closed, and walked around the lot abit to see if I could find it haha sure enough, here it is! Fresh pics before I even take delivery haha

Awesome, congratulations!!! Good call on installing the aux jack yourself, it's super-easy, and then you can put it somewhere other than the glovebox...

 

=( waiting for the dealership to call...when I KNOW the car is sitting there...is the worst part of this wait so far haha I mean how long could it take to put the center caps on the wheels...the tow hook plugs in..screw on an antenna..and wash it? haha

W0ot! I = mini owner now. the car has 90miles on it so far haha

only complaints so far. just noticed this morning that when it gets above 3200rpm or so..one of the belts is squeakin. im hopin this is just from it being new and it will wear in and go away. ill give it another day or so then I call and say FIX IT lol

saw the headlight washers come out for the first time this morning..that was funny haha saw these two huge jets of liquid flyin off the sides of the car i was like wtf is that?? oh.....
