1000 Miles- And Having Fun
Hello! Having been a total BMW nut, at first I was a little nervous buying BMW's cheaper cousin. After a couple solo drives in Europe - the bug hit.
After putting a 1000 miles on in the first week, I couldn't be happier (I took delivery April 1st). Having owned and restored a 1974 2002tii, a 327, a 528e, a 318 cabrio and 2 - 328 cabrios which were loaded to the nuts, I needed a special mini.
After a 8 month wait, I finally took delivery of a 2005 MCS cabrio - all packages(conv, cold weather, prem, and sport), chrome int/ext, clue top, black stripes, and LSD.
Next week, we take the 'cool blue cabrio' to the next level - JCW kit, Hamann: aluminum shift ****, aluminum emergency brake handle, pedal kit and foot rest, and HM4's all around.
Your web page is awesome - take it from a 20 year BMW car nut who once owned his own BMW aftermarket company to finance the hobby!
Happy motoring!!
Robert
