Congrats on your choice and welcome to NAM!
I can understand the agony of waiting for your MINI to arrive. I'm currently waiting for my 2nd MINI that was ordered back in March, which will be in SC port tomorrow. Exciting!!!
Hey, Sho, welcome! You have a lot more patience than I. I originally put down a deposit in January at East Bay MINI (in NorCAl), and they told me "late November/early December." I decided to buy out of state and am now motoring. I must commend you on your perseverance!
You're running two newbie threads here. So welcome twice. Before beginning a third you ought to know that you should feel free to post again in your own thread.
That sure does seem like a long time. My Dad ordered his car about a week ago(DS WORKS MCS) and they are telling him to expect a mid July delivery. Thats 2 months, instead of almost a year. Is there really that much difference in wait from Texas to wherever you are?
In NW there are only 2 dealers, and it cause the long waiting list. I had been thinking to order one from Classic mini, but $1,400 for shipping that I can use for suspension.
I am just trying to be patient, and it's been more than half way there.
