Creaking dash& clicking brakes

I bought a second mini cooper about 45 days ago. It is a 2005 mini s auto convert. My dash creaks while your driving & with the top down you can hear a clicking noise comming from the brakes. Has anybody had these problems?. I like the car alot just a few minor probs. I owned a 2005 mini auto convert with cvt trans was pretty pokey on hills but didnt have these probs.

Make a list...

And have the dealer fix em all. I finaly took the dash cover off (it's only 4 screws) to put some felt in to stop a rattle that's gotten more frequent. Many have minor little issues, but that's what warrantees are for! Make the list though, I always forgot little items when Idid n't write them down.
