Another Carolina MINI
Well, I guess I'm one of the older guys, always loved machines of any kind. Had an original Mini in San Francisco back in 1970 and never forgot that thing, ragged as it was. Had an '83 GTI and loved it, but my daughter punched it into the back of a Cutlass. Been vehicularly deprived since, until I drove a MINI on a wild hair one day, and bought ol' Silver on the spot.
I've actually awakened at 3am wanting to go for a ride. I guess I got it bad. Flow MINI took about 75 of us up to VIR a few weeks back, and now it's hopeless. Is there a MINI's Anonymous?
Somewhere, there's a lot of good engineers who had a really good time putting this thing together.
