Hello fellow Coopers!
I have had my little 04' MC CVT for about 8 months now. It is the most enjoyable ride I have ever had.
It took a while to get the tuning bug. I have done a few things so far to make it mine; just cosmetic.
- It's Indi Blue with white checkerboard roof and the white 15" minilite lookin wheels.
- Chrome package
- Threw on a Euro license plate. Looks great.
Looking forward to learning from everyone and I hope i can be some help!

Welcome, you've come to the right place! The normal welcome committee must be on-holiday. The forum's a little slow because of the holiday, I think, but you will get lots of help if you ask for it. Depending on where you're located, there should be a local club to hook-up with that can be great fun and very informative, also. Again, welcome to NAM. ![Thumbs Up](https://www.northamericanmotoring.com/forums/images/smilies/thumb-up.gif)

Welcome coopergirl04!!! I have a IB/W Cooper, too, but I must say I do envy you that checkerboard roof!
Here's a silly little appearance mod you could try for fun...best done at dusk or later. Check out your lighting for your rear license plate. It's set up for a big, wide euro plate, right? Take some electical tape (two 1-5/8" strips per side) and mask off the light so it just falls on your U.S. plate. It looks great at night and keeps that light from raking over your MINI's dusty boot, which might display it in an unflattering light. I did mine when I first got my MINI (1/03) and have replaced the tape once (and fixin' to do it again) as the edges do peel back slightly over time (like a year) due to weather and frequent washes. Even then, the mod remains invisible and dials in the perfect pool of light to compliment your MINI's boot.
