Passenger seat belt on convertible

I've had my MCSC for less than a week and one think I've noticed that bothers me is that the passenger side seat belt flops in the wind. Other than buckling it up with no one in it, is there a way to keep this from happening. The first time it happened I thought the seat was coming loose!!!

There is a little black sliding sleeve underneath the male portion of the seatbelt clip. Slide it up to push the seatbelt clip tight against wall of the interior where the belt comes out of. This will keep the belt from flying around. I was having the same problem with my belts in the back and my MA told me about this.
