New to NAM but not Mini Land

Hello All,
My name is Teresa and I am a mini-aholic. Life started out normal enough for me till last year when the husband, known here are Goaljnky bought a 05 MC Open. I liked it well enough at first and as it got cuter I liked it more. We share our cars 50/50 and the more I drove it the less I liked our other car, an 03 Audi A6. I came home last week and told the hubby that I had decided on the next car, another Mini. We both got so excited talking about it that we decided to get out of the Audi early and went to the dealer this past weekend and placed a deposit. We now have Mini #2 on order. Our expected production is some time in Nov with delivery in Jan or Feb. Just in time for the Las Vegas run!

What did I, no we, no I, no we get.

2006 MCS BRG w/silver roof, cordoba interior, sport package, cold weather package, convenience pacakge, hk stereo, aero kit, back up sensor, sirius audio, interior crome and last but not least John Cooper Works, the factory installed version with the brake kit. Now hubby is mad at me :impatient
Guess we will still need to split the cars 50/50 to keep peace in the household, but at least we will always be driving a Mini!!

Hi Teresa, welcome to the addiction. Your husband has only himself to blame

Don't forget the rear fog light to complete your toggles (and its nice to have in the fog and for tailgaters too )

LittleEgg,

Welcome to NAM. Sounds like your house is going to be some fun around the first of the year. Your are such a nice wifey, good wifey. I say that because I have three MINIS and my wife won't touch either of them. She drives her HONDA and nothing else.

Maybe someday the MINI fairy will dust her good and cause her to forget that HONDA

As for being a good wifey, what Goaljnky doesnt tell anyone is that I zano the baby now and will have to do both when the next one gets here. I am as car crazy as they come.

Tee Hee I cant wait!

No NAV. 'Cause it's not about the destination. It's about the journey!

A a mini-aholic, huh?

Do you motor alone?
Do you ever Motor 1st thing in the morning?
Have you gotten into financial difficulties as a result of your Motoring?
Do you motor to escape from worries or troubles?
Does waiting for your new Mini cause you to have difficulty in sleeping?

If you anwered yes to even one of these questions, seek help, or get in your mini and drive.

Anyway, Welcome, sounds like one cool Mini on it's way. Wish the had silver top when i got mine.
