She is FINALLY mine!
Well, after 1.5 months of horrible waiting, I FINALLY have my new MCS, and I couldnt be happier. I went up on Friday to pick her up, caught the Metra train and got off in Lake Bluff. The morning was beautiful so I decided to walk the mile or two to the dealership. By the time I got there, my MA Dan had everything set for me. I signed the papers and we were out the door! Unfortunatly I had to go to work, but was able to snap some pics of her in the parking lot...

congrats! i don;t understand the length of the bonnet stripes?
after reading comments on this site for the bonnet stripes, i decided to cancel my dealer installed stripes (for $180ish) and ordered my own for about $25 on ebay, which are supposed to be long enough to curl under the bonnet. i'll post pics this weekend..
if i chse the mCS, i would have got it like yours!

The biggest response I'm getting from people on the new baby are with the wheels. People LOVE the webspokes, people are constantly looking over thier window ledge at them. I've had several people ask me what brand they were assuming they were aftermarket wheels. They are pretty floored when i tell them that hey are OEM! They look great standing still and moving, I'm really glad I added the $500 option to the Sport Package that got them for me, its a very distinct look!
I guess the only problem is that I already scratched one of them, but it is a small gouge that is neer the tire, so it is hard to see. I've been preparing myself for the inevitable horror of scratches, the Guide To Motoring has helped me alot with this. It states that scratches are nothing to get mad about, they are battle scars!
BTW: I've been driving non stop since i got it.... I'm up to 489 miles... 1250 HERE I COME!!!!
